Yoga for Everyone

Bliss Yoga is committed to sharing yoga in a welcoming, safe, friendly, and nurturing environment in order to bring greater health, happiness and overall well-being into the lives of those in our Virginia Beach community and beyond. Our studio owner, teachers, and staff all recognize the benefits of yoga and how the benefits of this practice integrate into people's daily lives causing true transformation and positive change.  We are committed to empowering everyone to explore and unlock their full potential. We have two amazing yoga rooms to fill all your yoga needs. 

Our Sol Room is specifically designed for our heated classes and our Luna Room is specifically designed for all of our room temperature classes.  We are so blessed to be able to provide a yoga space for everyone, no matter what style of yoga you prefer or need we're here for you! We provide various classes, including Hot 26, Hot Flow, Warm Yoga, Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Mediation, Children's Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing, plus more!
