Yes, it is for you! In most of our classes you will see all levels of students; from people who have never practiced yoga before to seasoned yoga practitioners. Yoga is for everybody! Always remember, we all were new to yoga at one point! We have 2 yoga rooms to serve your needs. Some new students like to start in our Sol room. Our classes that are great for beginners in the Sol room are Warm Yoga, Warm 26 or Hot 26 classes. Some new students like to start in our Luna Room. Our classes that are great for beginners in the Luna room are Gentle Yoga, Foundation Yoga, and Yin Yang Yoga.
Read our class descriptions and see what classes peak your interest. Our yoga teachers will help new students by offering modifications, encouragement, and support in all our classes. You don’t need any experience, just remember to bring your open mind, your promise to listen to your body, and your willingness to focus on your successes. Please feel free to call or come to the studio with any questions!
